Refund policy

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the handmade nature of our products we do not accept returns or order cancelations. We take pride in our craftsmanship so if there is any defect you have 15 days after receiving to email us at ruggedrugratclothing@gmail.com. Please include phots of the defective items and we will do our best to correct the issue. All items must be returned new, unwashed, and with original tags attached. 

Exchanges cannot be guaranteed due to product availability.
